All perishable items are fully cooked and shipped frozen in a reusable, heavy-duty Lo-Boy EPS cooler packed with dry ice.

Great product but wish it was packaged differenty

Pork tasted great! Everything arrived frozen! Since everything is frozen instead of a one 5 lb package of pulled pork it would be much better to have five 1 lb packages. This way you could use as much as needed at a time without waste.

Dreamland for the win!

My sister loves Dreamland bbq. We're from GA, but she's living in Denver right now and hasn't found a good bbq place out there. I recently visited to throw her a party and had Dreamland shipped out there as a surprise. The bbq, coleslaw, and pecan pie were perfect. Everyone loved it!
