RETURNS & REFUNDS
Customers must postmark returns within five (5) days of the date of order receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
We hope you're thrilled with the contents of your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take up to five (5) business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once we process your return.
We CANNOT accept returns for any perishable goods purchased on our website. These goods include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Pecan Pie
- Baked Beans
- Boston Butt
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- We cannot accept returns of any items, perishable or non-perishable, once opened.
- Our inability to accept returns of the items mentioned above does NOT necessarily mean we're unable to issue a refund, exchange, or store credit for your order. For more information on whether or not your order qualifies for a refund, refer to the "Refunds" section of this page.
