We only accept credit cards and Shopify-issued digital gift cards (more information below) for all purchases made on shop.dreamlandbbq.com. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders at this time.

Digital Wallets & Express Checkouts Offered

For your convenience, our website offers express checkout methods to users of Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. To use the express checkout options, your preferred digital wallet must be tied to an American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa credit card.

Gift Cards

For Physical or Digital Gift Cards Purchased Before 05/27/2020

While your physical and digital gift card will continue to work at any Dreamland restaurant, you’ll find you’re unable to redeem either on shop.dreamlandbbq.com. We are happy to honor these gift cards on our website, but you’ll need to call or email us using the contact information at the bottom of this page. We apologize for the inconvenience, but there is no way for us to process our old gift cards via Shopify Payments.

Physical Gift Cards Purchased On or After 05/28/2020

Physical Gift Cards Purchased On or After 05/28/2020 are only redeemable at Dreamland BBQ restaurants. They are not redeemable on shop.dreamlandbbq.com, nor are they redeemable the online ordering platform for Dreamland BBQ restaurants. If you mistakenly purchase a physical gift card, please call 1-800-752-0544 or email contactus@dreamlandbbq.com, and we’ll be happy to facilitate a refund or transfer your balance to a digital gift card.

Fundraising or Corporate Gift Purchases

For offline transactions – specifically for Fundraising and Corporate Gifts - we accept checks and money orders on a case-by-case basis. We also accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa credit cards. If you have any questions about accepted payment methods for Fundraising or Corporate Gifts, please refer to the phone number or email address listed at the bottom of this page.

Taxes

Dreamland BBQ fully complies with each state’s economic nexus laws. As such, we currently charge the appropriate taxes for Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, and New Jersey. We are not on the economic nexus for the remaining 46 states. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address customers provide when placing an order.
