In-Law Survival Package

Let me first say that the food was good for the most part. I have been a long time customer of the Atlanta area stores and recently moved to Virginia. I ordered the In-Law Survival package and did not receive chicken, instead got two pork packs. When I called to inquire, I was informed that you were out of chicken so you just sent two pulled pork packs. My issue is that I should have been notified of this problem before shipping the order so that I could determine whether I wanted to proceed with the order. There was no offer to make things right by the customer service personnel even after I asked. This my disappointment.

Excellent service, arrived in great shape. A bit pricey since shipping costs more than the food order. Great food!!

As it has been for the past several years, the delivery and the product was perfect. It was my error not to notice that beans were not included in the packages I ordered. Dreamland, however, has never failed to meet/exceed my expectations and provide my annual gathering a great beginning.

I had never sent food to someone via mail. My brother in law had just lost his mother and I knew he and my sis loved Dreamland Barbecue. So I sent the In law survival package and they flat out “Loved it!” It made the family’s day and a few extra days as well! Good job Dreamland!
