Late delivery

Sent ribs to college roommate in Tampa, FL for his birthday and ribs delivered a day late. Dry ice was gone. Ribs were cool, not frozen. Disappointed because he was the one who introduced me to Dreamland in college. Will probably never ship again. Too expensive to chance.

Good morning. Looks like this order was sent to Hoover, Alabama, not Tampa, FL. We show that it was delivered the day after we shipped it. Not sure what you may be referring to. Thank you for the business!
