Misleading

I did not want a dreamland shipping gift card, I was hoping for an online gift card that I could use to pay for food in store. I found this to be confusing and received a $50 gift card that I did not want.

Never got card

I thought we purchased a gift card for our granddaughter who is in school at U of Alabama for Dreamland BBQ in Tuscaloosa. Never got it then got sent an email asking to review our on line card good only for on line web site orders that we never used or wanted.

We apologize for the confusion regarding your gift card. You purchased an 'online' gift card that can only be used on our website. If you'd like to exchange it for a physical card that can be used in our restaurants, just let us know. Thank you for your business!
