I placed an order on10/5 still haven’t received my package. Called customer service told them ups has my delivery on hold. Customer service told me to contact and deal with ups directly. Had to file lost package claim. Not sure why I have to deal with this bullshit. Still don’t have my package. Pretty pathetic customer service.
