Excellent! I had my first Dreamland BBQ experience in the original Tuscaloosa restaurant, back in 1991 as a flight student doing an out-and-in flight from Whiting Field. Had an instructor who was on a mission to find all the good BBQ spots within one flight distance. It was great then and they’ve grown up a lot since. And now that I’ve found them again, I order the sauce by the gallon! It’s southern style, mustardy and vinegary, spicy and thin, so makes a great mop sauce. Goes great with anything you want to smoke. I already bookmarked the site. Will definitely be coming back.
