Small Size

The 2 racks of ribs I received were quite a bit smaller than those pictured on the website. It was disappointing as I ordered thinking I would have enough for a small group.

Game day package

The pulled pork was excellent, and the ribs were four out of five. I felt they could have been more tender fall off the bone. But that’s just me. We have not tried the sausage yet as there was plenty of meat.
