My husband and I have good memories of eating at the Tuscaloosa location 15 years ago. Now living in the Midwest, the only good smoke we get is when we DIY, so we thought we'd relive the Dreamland memory.
The flavor was there, but the ribs were tough, stringy, and chewy. We'll hack up the second slab for flavoring in our Brunswick stew, but the memory is gone. :(

I sent the ribs to my son in law and Daughter for a Christmas present. They arrived on the date expected and were in great shape. They put them in their freezer and I think they are saving them for New Years. Thanks for the prompt and courteous service I am sure I will be ordering them again. Thanks
