I ordered online, which was simple and easy. The issues are with UPS, I ordered on a Sunday, it shipped on Monday and didn't arrive until Saturday. Dreamland was nice enough to send a second shipment out on Thursday but that shipment didn't arrive until the following Saturday. No fault of Dreamland's, it was ALL UPS. They refunded the order and were very apologetic about the situation, which I am thankful for, but I won't do another order with them.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience with your order. Apparently, UPS was overwhelmed with packages following the work stoppage they experienced due to the ice storms in your area. We understand your frustration. We wish it would have gone better. Thanks again for your order.
