My order confirmation said 12/24; it was actually delivered 12/27 with no notification that it would be delivered late.

Rib Quality

First time ordering their product online and several in person visits. Ribs were a little tough to be quite honest. I ended up cutting all of the meat off the bones, basting them in sauce then then placing them on the grill on low heat in a casserole dish. That seemed to help as our tailgate party ended using them in the beans or or on sandwich buns.
