First time ordering their product online and several in person visits. Ribs were a little tough to be quite honest. I ended up cutting all of the meat off the bones, basting them in sauce then then placing them on the grill on low heat in a casserole dish. That seemed to help as our tailgate party ended using them in the beans or or on sandwich buns.

We don’t receive our order in time for our event and when it arrived it sat outside for a day. We were not home or notified of delivery

We're sorry that you did not receive your order on time. We did issue a full refund for your order. Unfortunately, UPS experienced an unexpected delay. In order to be notified of a package delivery, you would need to subscribe to UPS MY choice. We do not track customer orders once they are picked up from our warehouse. Have a nice day!

Rib Package was a big hit!

Package arrived as promised and in a timely manner. It was a surprise for my husband's birthday and turned out to be the perfect gift for someone who is hard to buy for!
