REWARDS PROGRAM FAQ
It's an added benefit to our E-Club membership. Rewards members can earn points in a variety of different ways and redeem those points in the future on shop.dreamlandbbq.com.

The primary way to earn points is to simply start shopping with us. For every dollar spent, you earn 3 points.
Absolutely. Periodically, we'll shoot you an email letting you know how you can rack up extra points. Through those emails, you'll be able to earn extra points by doing things like reviewing your recent purchase, providing referrals to our E-Club, giving us a shout-out on Instagram, and much more.
Once you've signed up and made your first purchase, you'll start earning points. Each time you come back, make sure you log in to track your progress, your transaction history, and to redeem offers with your points.
Step 1: Make sure you're logged into your account.
Step 2: Next, click the purple rewards bubble at the bottom of your screen and click "Ways to Redeem."
Step 3: If you have points in your account, you'll have the option to click the "Redeem" buttom.
Step 4: Use the slider to select how many points you'd like to use, click redeem, and click "Apply Code." The discount will appear at checkout.
Sign in to your account by clicking here. Once you're all logged in, you can see your points total near the top of the page.
They expire two years after you initially accumulate them, so make sure you use them often. We'll be sure to shoot you an email when your points are close to expiring.

In short, no. While we don't have a problem with it, Shopify (which hosts our site) currently does not allow this to happen.

No. Points can only be used and redeemed on shop.dreamlandbbq.com. They cannot be used or redeemed for dine-in, catering, carryout, online orders, curbside pick-up, or third-party delivery purchases from any Dreamland restaurant.

No. We'll deduct the points from your account once we process the return or refund.
Yes. Allow 24-48 hours after a refund or return is processed for your points to be credited back to your account.
No. Points cannot be applied to either shipping or taxes.
No. Customers can only receive points on purchases made after the 01/13/2021 launch of the Rewards Program.
